About me

Hey, I'm Drew and I am Texas born and bred. I have been into playing with "tinker toys" since I was a kid. It began with a DIY breadboard kit I got for my birthday one year and hasn't stopped since. I have been in the IT realm for the past 7 years or so mainly specializing in the Windows OS and SOHO networking areas. I have recently been working small projects around the house like setting up my own Pihole with openVPN and figured I should start documenting my projects here. I enjoy learning hands-on and I enjoy teaching other's what I've learned even more! Come learn along with me.

I'm am currently in the U.S. Navy and have been proudly serving for almost 13 years. I am trying to use some of my skills learned on the job and through my schooling to start building a home lab environment. I'm currently working my SEC+ and CEH certifications.
